What to write about

• Bug reports. If a specific PSD or PSB file doesn’t process correctly, let us know. Include the size of the file, its source (which version of Photoshop it was last saved from, if you know), and any error message the tool showed. If the file contains nothing confidential, feel free to attach it — the engine is open source, so reproducible test cases help us improve.
• Privacy and data-access requests. Questions about our Privacy Policy, GDPR requests, or complaints. Please include enough context for us to locate any data (e.g. approximate visit date, IP range if known). In most cases we have nothing tied to you personally because no account is created.
• Business inquiries. Partnerships, integrations, custom processing workflows, and licensing questions.
• Press and media. Interviews, product roundups, quotes. Happy to help with screenshots or technical details.

Response time

We aim for a reply within five business days. Privacy and legal requests are prioritized. Please be patient with feature requests — this is a side project, not a funded service.
